Since Wheeler's return, the Phillies are 35-7 in games started by Wheeler,Sanchez,or Luzardo.
Wheeler and Luzardo are 12-2,with Sanchez bringing up the rear at 11-3.
A favorable post season schedule with plenty of days off makes them a real threat. If they could have afforded to keep Suarez, they could be in Milwaukee's spot now.
Wheeler is really motivated since the All-Star snub. Will it be enough to beat Skubal tomorrow?

This should be the game of the day for sure. Rubber match to decide the series.
The Tigers have roared back in the AL Central, 5.5 games behind the CWS.
The Phillies are right on the coat tails of the Braves 2 games back in the NL East.
When the all star break hits tomorrow, will people still expect the Tigers to trade Skubal and/or Mize? They've gone 9-2 last 11. If they sell, I think it would crush their players spirits.
