GL to all
Magiccarpetride, you might want to consider making this your final bet on the dying Dodgers. I’m not sure they have even one victory in them. The Brewers are feeling it, now just 6 wins away from becoming the first Brewers team to bring the World Series trophy to the great state of Wisconsin. They will be going ALL…….OUT on Wednesday night in Game 3.
Last year the Brewers won the most games in franchise history (97), which was also the most wins in baseball in 2025, and then the Dodgers absolutely humiliated them, holding them to a single run in each game of the NLCS sweep, completing the postseason paddling with Shohei Ohtani’s signature performance of 3 homers and 6 shutout innings.
Now Ohtani is a shell of himself, as is Will Smith, and Mookie Betts, and Kyle Tucker. The whole bunch of them. They look finished after just two games. All the ace pitchers the Dodgers could purchase aren’t going to overcome this dead lineup.
The Dodgers are now 4-17 since July 31st vs. teams that made the playoffs.

Dang, magiccarpetride, I issued this gentle warning on Monday night after Game 2 and you went and made the Dodgers in Game 3 your biggest bet of the 2026 season. I don't understand your steadfast belief in these walking icebergs.

Thank you for the heads up. I went with my emotions. You were right, you told me so, but being a dummy like I am, I didn't listen to you
Thank you so much for letting us all know, and I hope lots of people here took advantage of your advice and made a killing.
Thanks again for your valuable input![]()
