Record: 73-49-1

Padres -203

Padres starter Michael King has allowed zero earned runs in three of his last four starts. Gordon has been a gas can this season.

Good Luck!

Last 3 starts….

Michael King  1.42 ERA

Tanner Gordon  6.58 ERA

This kind of discrepancy often results surprisingly in a win for the team with the struggling starter, but probably not today.

The Padres made short work of the terrible Tanner Gordon, and then Gordon was further victimized by the comical fielding follies of right fielder Zac Veen. Veen dropped a fly ball that would have limited this Padres outburst to just 4 runs, and then he dove headfirst for a ball that landed nowhere near him.

The Padres have now won 10 of their last 11 while the Rockies have now lost 10 of their last 11.
