My scope is focused on the Braves and Rays today. I think there are variables that will help get this game over 8.5. But before I say anymore let me preface this by saying that I'm aware of the fact that Randall Delgado has looked real good this season and for this reason alone an under might seem like the better bet but let us not forget that it takes two to tango. His dancing partner will be Alex Cobb (a rookie with 9 starts under his belt). This will be his first of the 2012 season.
I'm expecting runs from both sides.
Some of my thoughts:
- Delgado will not be untouchable in the A.L.
- Left-handers definitely make more contact and hit with more power against Delgado.
- Atlanta has re-discovered their offensive capability.
- Cobb is not inexperienced but he will be facing an above average, left-handed heavy Braves lineup. Welcome to the bigs kid!
- I'll take my chances with a pitcher that is due to have a tough outing and a 2012 rookie debut.
- No pitcher slot should makes an apparent difference.
- I like the +$$$!!!!!!
O 8.5 +110 10u
Anybody else jumping?
I might be "if win" betting this game with the A's and Giants over.
