This game is an indicator of how the postseason will go for the Rays. Zero runs. A complete incompetent offense when it matters most.

how are they 95-60

Taking the winnings from this game and putting it all on Rays moneyline in game 2,  it because I think the Rays are good but simply because Max Fried will choke.

They will lose early in the postseason. They have a regular season lineup. A lineup that is enough to win games in the regular season but when it matters the most with the lights the brightest in the postseason that lineup will perform like it is performing in this game. 0 or 1 run at most.

Thanks. It’s because they are a bad team. I don’t care what their regular season record is. How they performed in this game is how they will perform in the postseason. Not a team anybody is scared to play. The Yankees would love to play them early in the postseason. The Rays can’t touch the Yankees 4th or 5th starter in Carlos Rodon.

The dumb thing about baseball and more so regular season baseball is that this same terrible Rays team that can’t even get a man in scoring position against Carlos Rodon, will somehow muster up runs tonight against a better Lefty pitcher in Max Fried. This same incompetent Rays team will win game 2 against the better pitcher but only because it’s a regular season game. The Yanks will absolutely trash this weak Rays lineup in the postseason.
