Untalented Red Sox shortstop Marcelo Mayer couldn’t handle a ridiculously easy ground ball, and because of that, the bottom of the 7th continued with runners on 1st and 2nd and the Rockies trailing 6-3. 

Three consecutive singles later, it’s 6-6.
