Baz had a few good starts in a row and then reverted back to being Baz in his last start (5 ER against the Angels). He's average at best. He also got hammered by the White Sox last year in Chicago. Maybe they see him well?
I'm not in love with Burke either, but he has been good on the road and very good in his last two starts. Overall, he's a bit better than Baz. The bullpen edge also goes to the White Sox. I think there's some value here and with the total being high, I'll take a small chance on the -1 runline.
