For me I would pick Sandy Koufax

Very tempting to say Mariano Rivera as well

There were no "closers" back in the day

imagine Koufax as a closer...WOW

I thought of something similar to this the other day but it was one inning and theres only one answer in my mind

 

Mariano Rivera

 

 

The answer would be the same up to 3 innings. Never in my life has there been a more dominant pitcher. Everyone knew exactly what was coming every time and still could do nothing about it.
