1st and prob last MLB play…in Vegas for a week for World Cup (+18.5U) and looking into buying a home… any suggestions appreciated…looking for a safe/quiet neighborhood…checked out North Summerlin and some areas around Henderson… think I’ve narrowed it down to either West/North Summerlin…Henderson is a hit/miss in some areas…

We live in summerlin. Best place to live in Vegas, not even a comparison. Far enough from the strip but with tons to do, safe, new, weather amazing. Literally awesome. Best of luck!

Summerlin is really nice! If you go with Henderson look in Anthem, 7 hills(Love it) and some parts of Green Valley. Also anywhere along Eastern Ave from Sunridge Heights to Wigwam Parkway is nice. If you keep going north past Warm Springs Rd you’ve went too far. Welcome to Nevada!

Southwest Vegas is good. Blue Diamond and Decatur area or anything off Blue Diamond to the west.
