 It is for no reason other than the 1-0 final yesterday.  As soon as that game ended I bet it.

That is the only score where you will see a profit blindly taking the team the next game.

It is more profitable when they play a different team afterwards.

It is one of only two 'trends' I will almost blindly bet, unless there is an overwhelming reason not to.  Like a great pitcher on the other side, etc.

So, no great thought was wasted on that play.
