Unlike our good friend ElonTrout, I post all of my selections PRIOR to the game starting.

He has this habit of showing up after the game or after the game is ongoing and the lead has gone the way he wants, of coming out of the woodwork and pumping his "pick".

Not one time has he posted a game prior to the game starting.

Not one time has he given a selection and his handicapping before a game started.

There is no lesson for me here. 

I don't call games winners before they are done.

I post my selections prior to the game starting.

And I stand by my results.

Most people won't win 50+ units in a full season of MLB.

I did it in less than 1 week.

One game means very little to me.  It's all about the numbers.  That game had an expected value for Toronto to win well over 85% of the time.  So I played it.

Going back to do a final review of yesterday.  Our accountant did a nice list of the wagers and I have made the corrections to fix his incorrect assumptions.

I always be to win the units listed with favorites and he did not know that.

Atl game 1 RL -1.5 -120 @3 units (LOST):  3.6 unit loss.

Atl game 1 TT over 4.5 -127 @ 3 units (Won):  3 units profit.

Atl-Mets game 2 O9 +100 for 3 units (LOST):  3 unit loss.   

Atl game 2 TT over 4.5 -115 @3 units (Lost):  3.45 unit loss.   

Mets game 2 TT over 3.5 -150 @ 3 units (Won):  3 unit profit.   

Tor RL -1.5 +100 @3 units (LOST): 3 unit loss.

Cinn+180 @3 units (LOST):  3 unit loss.    

Dodgers TT over 4.5 -130 @ 3 units (WON):  3 unit profit.

That is a loss of 16.05 units and a win of 9 units = a net loss of -7.05 units for Monday.

I will get a corrected cumulative record later this evening.

Edit: With the above added to the previous record, the banner for today should have read (41-28) +51.30 units.

I will correct it on the thread for tomorrow.

Phillies are down 8-1 in the 8th and I doubt they are going to come back to win that game.

So my final numbers for today.

(3-3)  +2.43 units.

Using the corrected cumulative total of (41-28) and +51.30 units from Monday.

Adding today's action brings us to (44-31) and +53.73 units.

That's the beauty of winning Cincy at +168, Colorado at +148 and the LA Angels at +128.  Dogs will give you plus units on the day when you hit them even with a 3-3.
