That's Girardi. He brings in a lefty to face a lefty (whose allowed 4 of his 8 inherited runners to score). Who did he face anyway? Was it even a good lefty? Yankees still could pull out a miracle in with their last 6 outs, but anyone taking a $3.00 favorite needs to have their head examined.
