Umm to be honest ive never heard of anyone mixing it with protein and now there are 2 people in this thread that mix it with protein so i might be the odd one out. I always have mixed it solo or with ultra fuel which is high in fructose and sugar, it's pretty much 400 calories of straight carbs to replenish your system after an intense workout. When ever i do the protein i either mix it up in a blender and throw various fruits and a scoop or two of ice cream in it if i have time or if i dont have time then its just protein and milk. Mixing it with milk bumps the calories up quite a bit and the milk enzymes are really slow to digest therefore the protein makes me full for quite some time.( i'm always bulking thats why i'm bumping the calories and mixing shit in it.) Also i usually use a chocolate or straberry protein which is thick and creamy and my grape storm creatine which is like a kool-aid. So i really dont see it being any good if i mix it.

EN, I have been cycling creatine for a few years now and never had any side effects at all. I have talked to a couple of people in the medical field who warned me about long-term damage to your kidneys, but I have never heard of it affecting your libido. You got something else going on there.
