You can have an abortion. But only on the condition that the couple both agree to sterilization. (outside of extenuating circumstances such as rape or extreme disability.)
If you can't control yourself and wrap that shit up then you deserve to have your tubes snipped, men & women. Either that or raise the kid. If you give up more than one child for adoption same thing applies.

Some argue every woman has the right to choose an abortion when faced with a crisis pregnancy irrespective of the reasons for the abortion.
A woman who becomes pregnant due to an act of either rape or incest is the victim of a horribly violent and morally reprehensible crime. Although pregnancy as a result of either rape or incest is extremely rare, there is no getting around the fact that pregnancy does occur in some instances.
The woman who has been raped has undergone a terrible trauma and injustice. A rape that results in pregnancy directly involves three people: the rapist, the victim, and the child.
The victim should be helped, and the rapist should be punished. But to say the child should be killed is to punish the wrong person with a death sentence.
Results of some important studies found pregnancy occurs in 0-2.2 percent of rape victims. Furthermore, most rape victims who become pregnant want to keep their babies. From the only major study of pregnant rape victims ever done, it found that 75 to 85 percent chose against abortion. This evidence alone should cause people to pause and reflect on the presumption that abortion is wanted or even best for sexual assault victims.
Of all the abortions performed in America, fewer than 1% are because of rape. The pressure to abort often comes from someone else.
Censorship of information on abortion is a totally insulting attack on womens most basic rights as thinking human beings to know what all the options are when they are faced with a crisis pregnancy.
For one of many avenue examples, since conception does not occur immediately following intercourse, pregnancy can be eliminated in all rape cases if the rape victim receives immediate medical treatment by having all the male semen removed from her uterus.

Since legalizing abortions in 1973, there have been an estimated 46,000,000 abortions in the United States. Having an abortion is highly situational, and I am not really for or against, but that number is very persuading. Then again, there are close to 7 billion people on this planet so the argument can be made for population control. Touchy subject...

Norplant, a drug approved by the FDA in 1990, provides an alternative to permanent sterilization for women by preventing pregnancy for up to five years. A popular proposal to reduce the birthrate among welfare recipients and unwed teens is to induce them, through monetary incentives of the threat of a loss of benefits, to have Norplant surgically implanted in their upper arm.
In 1991, Kansas representative Kerry Patrick defended a proposal to offer $500 to any welfare mother who accepted Norplant, saying the program: "has the potential to save the taxpayers millions of their hard earned dollars. Something must be done to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies..."
In 1994, legislators in Connecticut & Florida introduced bills that would provide cash bonuses for welfare recipients who accepted Norplant. Florida & Colorado proposed incentive programs for men to accept sterilization. The Florida bill outlined a $400 offer to men living below the poverty line for undergoing a vasectomy; the Colorado bill proposed to allow criminals early release.
The momentum for a solutions no doubt is growing with current trends continuing, and to see such sterilization programs gain legal sanction across America could be seen as more of a now than future action.
China's efforts of population control with a one-child policy which is subject to just below 65 percent of its population has prevented at least 300 million births, the equivalent of the population of Europe.
The National Population and Family Planning Commission runs the one-child policy and monitors the child bearing habits of the Chinese masses. It is comprised of 300,000 full-time paid family-planning workers and 80 million volunteers.
It offers rewards for one child and punishment for exceeding the policy threshold. But this population reduction that China cite as helping bring people out of poverty and a factor in China's phenomenal economic growth is abused and corrupt and a mismanaged nightmare.
But.... if you critique China, it does graph that if a nations is subject to population control through incentives with liberties and rights or, if the goals of population are accomplished through communist dictated agenda that breed social issues that live under the banner of criminal actions. The effect on population control either way can directly effect other areas to create unbalance.
As begining in 2009, eligible couples in Shanghai were encouraged to have two children in part to address concerns about taking care of an aging population. In Shanhai, people over 60 already make just over 21 percent of the population, and are expected to make up 34 percent in 2020, while the birthrate is less than one child per couple.
And this is colliding into a generation of Chinese women who are seeking to become career women and allocate spending to securing assets first with priority before what they perceive as financial burdens in raising families.
In more ways than not China's future is questionable due to action plans for the present without concern or consequences for the future. Population control is one of them.

Pro-Lifers don't like the rape angle?
There are cases where doctors are able to determine the baby has some sort of disease or sickness that will prevent itself from living for xx period of time (weeks, months). Caring for this child could be a financial and emotional burden on the family.

I read somewhere once that in the Orient (can't remember the country) that there is a racket for eating aborted fetuses. No bullshit. I guess it's kinda like a soft shelled crab sandwich? Just bust open the skull and rinse it out with a garden hose and throw em in the fry daddy. Ok....I'll stop now
