Hey Flynt, do you have any 'ins' with those at Pinny? I'm in Ontario, and my account has been locked now for about a week. I have been asked to upload my Proof of Address documents, however I've tried several times with many different forms (Utility Bills, Bank Statements, etc). I've tried both PDFs and Iphone pics of the documents, nothing seems to work.
I've reached out to both their email and live chat numerous times, but they giving me the run around. They have even admitted that the upload tool is not working for me, however there are no next steps. I keep being told that this is being prioritized, however still nothing.
I've been with Pinny for almost 20 years. They are the best, however right now, their customer service isn't acting like it.
Please let me know if you can help in any way.

Pinnacle customer service is horrible! I have been a customer for many years but recently they locked my account because I did want to send them the declaration of source of funds/wealth form. (didn't think it was any of there business) I decided to upload this info so I could cash out my balance and close my account. I have tried several times to upload the documents to there verification page but it never works. I have sent them 20 emails , they thank me every time for my patience but never help or solve the issue.
Pinnacle in the day was 1st now they are the worst!
