So...Chuck Hayes, who was said to have a heart condition that may even be life-threatening, has been cleared to play with no concern.
So after PSM dumped him...my first waiver claim comes into GREAT use.

He was given the most playing time of his career last season and he thrived on the boards. He's a minimal turnover guy that gets you a good number of steals for his position. And he gave up 599 boards by battling with Luis Scola.
In an 82 game season, he could get you 600+ rebounds. Sure there's a sleeper out there on the market right now who may be able to do that...but at this point...Hayes is far and away the best rebounder on the market.
I was going to put my initial waiver claim on a guy who's still available. I feel I've made much better out of my claim with Hayes.
The concern, however, is all the big guys in Sacramento. With Cousins, Hickson and Thompson...he probably won't get as many boards as last season...but he'll be getting around the same amount of minutes as Cousins. My hope is that the Spurs jump in and sign him, although that's highly unlikely since it looks like he's going back to the Kings.

That's a really good site with projections and whatnot.
I was watching the UCONN game earlier and I don't follow them all that much but I saw Andre Drummond and I said he's gonna be GOOD. I didn't know he was a top recruit. 
Now it's not a sure thing that all these guys leave...but that's just some projections.
