I disagree with this. The targeting call by the refs was awful and totally changed the game. There was also a fluke penalty on a punt return TD and 3 missed fg opportunities by L. Tech. 

The clock management at the end of the half and game were unbelievably bad as well. Its actually incredible that W Kentucky pulled this game out.
