I am going to take the 4.5, in case of overtime. NC State is over rated here. If you look up last year. I absolutely was on the correct side in regards to the ACC. Over 20 k in profits . This is my first posted play. I have won well in these early weeks on Duke bets and going against Florida St.,  Nc State and UNC ,,, good luck tonight I am thinking of giving the points and taking tech over Duke. Duke is small. I will post that later depending on line.
