Why they put another second on the clock, when it hit 0, clearly, prior to the ball hitting any player on the first Hail Mary.

and then the next Hail Mary wins it?

no gambling interest in this game but sports are rigged as fuck or we are living in a controlled simulation, and I feel so bad for western Michigan. This happens daily.

Only explanation is the game clock on tv is a little slower than the actual clock the refs keep on them

Yeah, absolutely terrible.  There was no time left.  Hopefully they can protest 

The clock stops when the ball goes out of bounds. Not when the dude caught it. It stopped as soon as the ball goes out of bounds. It was the correct call

 I guess we need the .01 shot clock like in basketball for calls like this, not just full seconds only. If you’re right, it was that close.

 Yes, it was extremely close. I do believe there was a smidget of time left. And of course Michigan will get the better of the call because they are at home. That happens, everyone knows it happens. But I believe it was the correct call.

Must suck being WMU players. Imagining you almost won the game. 

Replay showed it with the actual in-game stadium clock and was still “0”

this is totally incorrect. It’s when the pass is deemed incomplete. someone can have a foot in bounds, ball crosses the out of bounds marker, a few feet in front of them and the player catch it and be deemed in bounds.  Or another example is when the QB intentionally throws it out of bounds with 5 or so secs on the clock to run out of time. If clock stopped when it crosses OB, teams wouldn’t do this.

Was there supposed to be an extra point try? For them to block and run it back

 You’re flat out wrong,but I continue to be amazed at how people who claim they know the rules simply don’t. Look it up. It absolutely does NOT stop when it crosses the line. It only stops when it hits the ground or hits a player who is out of bounds. This game was clearly over. And no, I didn’t play the game.

 Everyone, the rules are different in the back of the end zone. How come nobody has mentioned this? The BACK of the end zone is the key here
