you're doing it the right way, pick out an amount as 1 unit, like you have $200 & just follow the units as he posts--  he easily could say 16 unit play instead of 2 unit play like other cappers on here but then he wouldn't be helping anyone else..  Hope this helps man

not a problem man..  i've for sure learned the hard way in the past going BIG on plays, no way you can win that way long-term.. might get the lucky hit here or there, but there's no way to stay in the game & profit long-term if you don't have money-managment... 

It's not a get rich quick scheme, but rather a "if you're patient & stay disciplined, you're gonna make a lot of money plan"    GL bamboo
