Cignetti elects to kick a fg on 4th and 1 at Spartans 15 yard line up 25 with 1:30 left in the game. He could've just rushed for the first down n kneel out the game but chose to kick the fg to cover the point spread. Mc. St. coach didn't like that very much and drove down the field, got into fg range and returned the favor to backdoor cover the 27.5 points.
Not saying this game was rigged but evidently I think one coach knew the point spread and wanted to cover it for whatever reason. And the other coach didn't like that and returned the favor.
Only reason why I paid attention was because +27.5 was a winner for me and im glad Spartans coach kicked a fg that was pointless in regards to winning the game. Way to go Spartans
