Biting on the coaching 'sound bite' .. not the biggest play but its in a way true that this game doesn't matter and can lose by 100 .. Tough to imagine a coach would be so forward about playing a really good ND team at home in a game that Pitt likely loses but one their run D could give them a fighting chance in where if say ND had a bad game they might actually be in a spot to win, etc etc ... well considering Narduzzi is Pitt's long time coach and not resume hunting for bigger and better jobs I am taking his word for it .. I nabbed this one at -10.5 and -11.5 .. we're at 12.5 now not the biggest diff if we actually see Pitt's coaches make moves that will clearly impact their strength in this game .. ND is still in a position where they just need to keep winning .. still likely in the playoffs with a close game here but if Pitt is letting em feast then you pad the resume no doubt about it .. Gonna tail ya here bridge… I have a feeling these guys knew exactly what they had to do back in August … ND had several returning starters… they only have one goal.. the title… besides money… they are interested in peaking in a month… they have had a few easy games to get healthy… and now slowly turn it on… starting here… Notre dame in any teasers is safe imo … with this playoff I think you can look at these teams more like college hoop… it’s a long season… and with Notre dames scheduling being different than any others of the top 20 teams… they can schedule to try and peak around thanksgiving and they should be just fine. And in a better health situation than most teams. My 2 cents.

It's potentially trouble for ND if Pitt showed up at home with a full roster max effort because they have the ability to play elite level run D and big home game big effort, it feels like Pitt would potentially have a good chance to cover 10 points and possibly be in it to win it late in the gm .. but yeah .. comments like that from a long time no nonsense coach kinda sum it up for me .. we'll see what happens but I think he's telling us he's picking his spots and not mincing words about this not being one of them .. if they aren't putting a big plan together for how to play ND and also not playing with a max level effort with their best players then I think the impacts are likely very noticeable .. always possible coach is saying that and maybe ND is more lax as Pitt shows up looking to pull a stunner .. but Narduzzi's comments make sense and best move for Pitt here really is to keep shooting for a conf champ game ticket and as a long time Pitt coach with no major career jump aspirations I think we can take his word for it, would be kinda like Iowa's coach saying it .. if Lane Kiffin said it I might throw caution to the wind and just bank on that meaning he's showing up with the best game plan he's ever put together lol ..

I'm on at 7.5 and its 9.5 right now so guess for records let's call it there ..
Couple things are we really like Wash State and thing they've grown up as a team over the year and really nothing like the team that got riiiiiped earlier in the ssn by what turned out to be a reallly good N.Texas team on the road .. in a game which featured multiple QB's trying out for the coogs and I'd imagine tryouts at most every position .. this game also featured one turnover after another .. I think it'll go down as one of the biggest misnomer games of the season that kept this team under wraps as a solid play .. La Tech had early success followed by just one hit and miss performance after another .. their early BIIIG win vs So Miss at home in what was a sure thing show up spot in I believe an old rivalry or at least regional small team rivals (La vs Miss area) turned in maybe one of the biggest misnomer winning performances of the season .. alas these two meet after the cat is fairly out the bag on who these teams are .. if they met earlier in the year there's a point where I think La Tech could prob have been like maybe a 7 - 10 point fav even on the paloose .. so the looks and the feels have changed quite dramatically is alls im saying ..
This is a big spot for Wash State .. at home .. you wanna cap this turnaround with a bowl game then this is realllllly a must win .. or at least they must look at it that way .. 4 wins right now with trip @JMU on deck .. and .. very winnable finale at home vs Oreg State in round 2 of that big game .. so this and finale are yer 2 wins to make it .. seems unlikely if they don't do it here .. also off a bye after a big let down vs Oreg State .. I played em there with a good line and we could tell that the 2 big road games and the big home game vs toledo had taken their toll on these guys going on the road to corvallis .. well deserved bye week and now its really all systems go for this final stretch .. one I think they can actually sweep .. yep .. including that trip to JMU ..

I have yet to see them play… have seen Indiana… they look very good… much better at home seemingly… but they have some dudes… and I love how their coach is never satisfied… never. I’ve seem A M play… and they are very good.. have not seen Texas tech play.. have not wagered a dime on them this year… but man they keep impressing with scores. I also think Notre dame played this season perfectly so far… not too worried about early season… no sec schedule… and they will be playing their best football of season in a month… should be a crazy playoff.. too many games if you asked me… but no one asked. ??????…. Hey… my ticket on Virginia still valid. Actually… If Miami is out… I think Virginia has a chance against most the others… every time I watch them.. they look awful. Ha. I quit watching them.
