I've watched the Terps games many times this year and they are a team that tends to play to thier competition. If Vaszquez is cold at all, they will struggle as most of the team will stand and watch him instead of move into position. At a Terps home game I would  be leary of laying that many points so on a neutral site I am leaning hard to Houston +9.5 or anything above 8, especially the way the dogs came to play yesterday!
