this is a ridiculously low total..... so make sure you have balls of steel..... but it is warranted. NT is 352/363 in tempo. UNCW is 305th. SO both teams super slow. Shooting wise, they both absolutely suck.... these are 2 of the bottom 15 teams in shooting. They are horrific. - both teams shooting sub 40% from the field. Interestingly though NT gets over 50% of their points from 3 which is the 2nd most in the nation from distance. BUTTTTTT Wilmington only allows opponents to score 17% of their points from 3. UNCW runs you off the 3 and switches everything to limit shots. This will crush NT on their Off possessions and make them work for every shot, when they already use on avg 25 seconds per possession. Bottom line.... super slow game with 2 garbage shooting teams that should not be able to get the looks they are desiring. played in low 20s so unless the zebras are calling this super tight and we get a ton of FTs, we should be good by a few buckets. 1H unders are always playing with fire though, so bet within yourself. I just feel these 2 styles clash and it'll take some time to figure it out on offense.

had a long writeup written and lost it..... dont feelin like typing again.... just know minnesota sucks at shooting and both teams lay to 332nd and 353rd slowest tempos in D1, per kenpom. Neither allow FTs for opponent and both score majority of points from 2, not 3 or FT line.... balls of steel play......

welp....... the game goes under as they cooled off in 2H but 1H goes over so we got a -$500 0-1 night.... not forcing anything else. just watching seattle washington game..... 20-13, +6,436.65

both these teams score majority of points from 3 AND give up majority of opponent points from 3. Completely same style of play on O and D. Should rain 3's Furman gets 42% of their points from 3 and shoot 29%. They also give up 38% of opponent points from distance. App St shoots an avg of 34% from 3 but also get 38% of their points and gives up 38% of points from 3. I see a good paced game with tons of shots from distance here. Furman has decided shooting advantage and I'd lean them however since game is in Boone, App St might have a home-cooking improved shooting performance. Look for the teams to each shoot 25+ 3's and a similar game played earlier this year for Furman vs belmont, who also dials up the 3-ball, yielded 163 total points. I like this to get into the 150's+
