Ya I saw this game too. America hasn’t played since Dec 6th, they’re on the road.
It’s not an accident the oddsmakers opened VCU at -20, up to -21.5, they didn’t cover against Niagara last game but they’ll make up for it this game. Same record the teams have but VCU plays against higher calibre teams.
For me it’s VCU, or pass.
Similar to the old 90's "Ronco" brand food cooker where he had a catchy tune to convince you to buy his product on the Saturday afternoon or late night infomercial:
"You set it AND forget it!!"
That clever marketing and simple line works bc I still vaguely remember that phrase to this day.
For this game and laying the uncomfortable spread with VCU, I'll call it:
"Bet it and forget it.."
Bet it, check the score in 2 hours..
