2nd ever post here. What am I missing in the Michigan v Iowa game?

I know Iowa has allowed a poultry 5.5 pts per game this season. But who have they played? Iowa St being their biggest opponent to date. I know Iowa City is where top 5 teams go to die, going 5-3 the last 8 there. Didn't a lesser talented Mich team win 42-3 last year? Is home field worth 30 here? I may be naive, but im all over Michigan here. Think Vegas has this one wrong.
