Well guys i am 4-0-1 my last 5 plays including last night's max bet play which got me out of the hole as Indiana State made 11 3's and beat Air Force by 10. 1-0 day +$1,000 6-5-1 on the season +$50. Lets try to keep the good times going here today guys. Before i get to my play regardless of the outcome tonight i will be back here for plays on Sunday because i may have some cfb plays Friday and Saturday. Nevertheless...my play today is:
Northeastern -2 for $550
Battle in Boston tonight with 2 teams desperate for a win. Harvard comes in 3-4 finishing in 6th in the Wooden Legacy event losing to Fullerton 70-61. Bryce Aiken scored 16 points and he leads the way this year for the Crimson with 18 PPG and 4 assists. The difference in the ball game was Fullerton shot 54% from the field and destroyed Harvard at the foul line going 23-30{Harvard was 5-11}
Northeastern started 2-0 and has lost 4 straight losing in a mini tournament in Nashville Friday and Saturday the last loss being a 78-68 loss to Furman. Trailing by 13 in the 2H anytime NE scored Furman would answer. Furman beat them on the offensive glass 14-8 which led to 15 2nd chance points. This game tonight is the 1st of a BIG 4 game home stand with 3 of the 4 being against my picks to win their leagues{Harvard Bucknell and Vermont}
55th all time meeting between these 2 schools and LY Harvard won 86-80 in Cambridge. NE trailed by as many as 20 and made a run but couldn't overcome their poor 3 point shooting and Harvard shooting 14-27 from downtown. It was a Northeastern team LY that had big wins vs UCONN and Michigan State but the last few weeks had 7-9 healthy bodies and lost a lot of tight games
Into this year Harvard's defense is down allowing 72.4 PPG{LY allowed a little over 65 PPG} and the 3 point% has plummeted to 28.7% 318th in CBK heading into play today. In this last 7 NC games for NE if they can't finish 4-3 it will likely be a long winter. This will be a tight game but in the end i like NE to come out on top and win by 2 buckets
Considered Seton Hall in their game vs Texas Tech but the Hall is shooting 63% from the foul line and my rule 97% of the time is if you don't make your free throws....I likely won't be betting on you

Northeastern is only hitting 67% of their FT's. That is not much better than Seton Hall's 63%.
So far, my top play today is Temple over South Carolina. Temple beat 4-1 Auburn and also beat a decent Clemson team that just won against Ohio State by 14. I think getting them at home as a PICK against South Carolina has a lot of value.

i like your picks and took Indiana State yesterday but i don't see NE beating Harvard. I'm from the Boston area and NE beat Boston Univ. and Wentworth(a boston engineering school). Harvard has the better schedule and beat Umass and St. Joes which is a better resume than NE. I'm not going to put my money somewhere off last years results either. you can get NE +1 now too. goodluck doe.
everyone and their mother is on temple tonight...and the public is usually wrong...hmmmmm
