My first play of the year

I haven't followed preseason at all.  I have no idea who is who this year.  I was going to pick Montreal but got diverted and basically forgot about the game last night.  No logic for that pick other than Alexander is great.  It would appear that Bo actually outplayed Alexander if you ignored the pik-6 interception but my eyes were not on the game.  I was just going by stats.

I don't know the changes made by Calgary or Winnipeg nor do I know who is better.  Therefore, I should be the perfect person to follow with my enlightened picks, no?  All I know at this point is that Calgary was better than Winnipeg last year and Win. is in a decline after dominating the league for years.  But every year is different.  The only reason I am taking Calgary ML tonight is because Vernon Adams spent bigly on the boys recently buying them booster juice drinks.  Such generosity should push the Stamps to victory tonight.

VA sucks.  Not sure why I thought he would do me right when he never has in the past.  I bet for a VA team, I lose.  I bet against a VA team, I lose.  Sometimes a guy can be your your own personal curse.  VA has always been mine so what the F... was I thinking.

I am liking the under-dog Elks today.  Coach and QB have been together for awhile now and Dinwiddie is going to need time adjusting with the tools he has.  I also like Rankin to explode.  But the truth is that the Elks are my team for the last 40 years so I am bias.  

Would love to get my first win.

Tonight, is a coin flip for me.  Winnipeg looked better then I thought last week but I do think that Zack has a couple picks in him tonight.  However, Bo seems to like to throw a pick at pivotal times in games too.  Mmm....  Jefferson did piss me off last week (I had Calgary) but I did convert to being a fan and found myself cheering for him. Everything I have been seeing (not a lot) is pointing to Winnipeg at home.  That would be the smart play but I am not that smart.

Who is Rourke going to throw to tonight?  Everyone seems to be on the cats probably due to BC injuries.  However, I am spending 1 unit to pay 2.29 units or 1.29 units of profit if Lions can prevail.   I am hoping Bo blows tonight and Lions put him on the ground numerous times and getting 3 picks.  I am also taking BC + under in playnow special for half a unit that is paying 3.2 X wager.  Therefore lose 1/2 unit or win 1.6 units.  

I am really looking forward to Als vs. Elks this weekend.  I am Elks fan but Alexander the great hasn't lost a game yet.  Might just have to watch and NOT place a bet.  

What a moron!!!

I thought Thursday was game night and thought BC/Ham was playing tonight.  Dam, what a let down.  Now I got to figure out something else to do.  The biggest thing is the odds will probably lean Ham more due to injuries so I probably am going to lose a point or more on the spread along with no football this Thursday night.  

Life sucks.  Somebody shoot me.

My first thought was Toronto is going to kick some Redblack ass today.  Then I start down the wrong road again....  PONTIFICATING.    I look at the juicy Ott. odds and my brain starts telling me reasons why Ottawa could win.  I almost convinced myself.  But Maire stinks.  Dinwoodie is a moron.  Bell is good but rusty.  I am taking the arrogant prick Chad Kelly to kick it up a notch this week.

Toronto played out a little Sketchy.  Maier is still trash and Dinwoodie is dim-woodie as usual.  Kelly turned into an int. machine and definitely still an arrogant prick.
