FL Week 1 HAM@CGY

Regular season 2-1-0 (-3.80 Units) including preseason.

Tonight I already have CGY +2.  Line is now +3

CGY is 68-35 all-time SU against HAM.

BLM has yet to win as a visitor @ McMahon Stadium.

CGY when playing as a home team vs HAM, they are 25-4-0 SU last 29 games.

CGY when playing as a home team, total is between 51.5 - 54 vs HAM, they are 10-1 SU.

CGY when playing as a home team, vs HAM, week 1 - 4, they are 12-1 SU.

This is CGY's home opener.  SSK & MTL both won their home openers.

Last year 2024 CGY beat HAM 24-32 Week 1 to win that home opener.

They did not meet again till week 20 CGY lost 20-42

In the last few years HAM has gotten off to a slow start.  Not sure why.

Last season HAM lost their first 4 road games, their first 2 home games, including their home opener & did not win a game until week 7.

I've seen a few cappers all releasing HAM as a play for today.

Probably why it is HAM -3 right now.

These 2 teams will not meet again until week 19.  CGY@HAM.  

They will both have 6 days of rest advantage.

B.C. (4) @ WPG (7) = 3 days rest advantage for WPG.

MTL (6) @ OTT (7) = 1 day rest advantage for OTT.

CGY (6) @ TOR (7) = 1 day rest advantage for TOR.

SSK (8) @ HAM (6) = 2 days rest advantage for SSK

If HAM loses tonight they will be at a slight disadvantage next week hosting their home opener vs SSK.

SSK will have (8) days of rest, HAM will only have (6).

When CGY is leading @ the half, they are 47-16-1 to win the game SU.

They were only 3-3-1 last season but were stellar after that.

HAM is 12-41-0 trailing @ the half.

They were 2-10 last season, 1-8 the year before.

Win.
