I know the write-ups have been short, just took possession of our home a week ago so I've been busy.
EDM @ WPG -9.5 Ford continues to be very inconsistent and sporadic. The Elks defense are much improved from last year.
The Bombers look good but they've only played the Lions so far. This is a big spread but I'll eat it. It's tough to win in Winnipeg, and like I said Ford is so inconsistent. Over 4 quarters, Winnipeg is too much and wins and covers. 32-19 Bombers
MTL @ HAM +2.5 Montreal is coming off another huge win last week but it looks like their signal caller won't be available for this game. They still have their lights out defense and the best head coach though.
The TiCats are coming off a bye and their offense looked a lot more promising against the Riders before the bye. Hamilton gets their 1st win thanks to Alexander being out and MBT getting the nod. Desperation kicks in for the TiCats. Hamilton wins and covers. 23-20 TiCats
BC +5.5 @ SK I'll eat the ATS loss last week, I said if Rourke plays that Winnipeg wins and BC covers, but he didn't play and I didn't post. Buck Pierce was a great QB but he isn't a good head coach. BC got handled twice by the Bombers, once with Winnipeg's backup QB. I feel like BC responds here, but not enough to take down the mean green machine @ Mosaic.
The Riders look like the best team in the CFL next to Montreal. They can beat you on offense, defense, and last week we seen special teams. They have one of the top QBs in the league who is an amazing leader and a great field general. They have 3 RBs they can use. They have 4 great WRs. Their OL is playing great. Defense is playing lights out. They are winning in the trenches on both sides of the ball. They are very well head coached. The players love coach Mace, and can relate to him. Not only was he a player, but he is only 39 years old. Riders win but not cover. 28-24 Riders

TOR +2.5 @ OTT Dinwiddie was HEATED after the Rider game last week, calling players out and even calling one player fat and was wondering what he was doing during the offseason!? Holy shit. The Argos backs are right up against the wall and they'll respond, Kelly or not.
Ottawa had a surprisingly good game last week winning as underdogs on the road with a backup QB in terrible weather conditions. Letdown spot for them at home this week. Argos win and cover. 22-17 Argos
TEASER: 7pts
WPG -2.5 Bombers just need to cover a field goal, they should handle the Elks
SK +1.5 I like the Riders to win here even though I don't like them to cover. This will be a tighter game, but the Riders D and home field advantage comes out ontop.
MY POWER RANKINGS: Montreal Saskatchewan Winnipeg Calgary Ottawa BC Hamilton Edmonton Toronto
Good luck!
