The Stamps shocked the world by spanking the Lions by 25 in a must win game for both teams, the Riders lost in a must win game against the Argos, and the Bombers pummeled the Elks at home by 20.
This last week has all meaningless games and won't get too deep into them. I am laying off this week and not going to bet, this is like a preseason week!
All picks moneyline:
WINNIPEG
I'll take Winnipeg's backups over Calgary's, particularly at QB and WR where the Bombers hold a huge edge even with their backups. This game is meaningless for both teams and just like the other two games, both teams will want to get this game over with and be as healthy as possible before going into the playoffs. If Collaros and some of the starters do play, it won't be for very long.
26-21 Bombers
HAMILTON
Another meaningless game, these two teams will be playing each other next week in the East semis. Hamilton hasn't released their depth chart yet, but looking at the Alouettes they have their starters listed as starting. Again, who knows how long the starters will remain in. Another coin flip game, but I will roll with Hamilton's depth at QB over Montreal and Hamilton wanting to get some of their QB room playing time before playoffs.
OTTAWA
Kelly is sitting but is 'available' and 10 other Toronto starters aren't playing including Ouellette, Harris and Daniels. This will be a game of Toronto's backups playing Ottawa's starters. I am taking Ottawa at home to end the season on a positive note against Toronto's ghost squad.

TEASER: 1-1 last week (24-9 overall)
Passing on teasers this week, not liking any.
TOP OFFENSIVE GRADE: Calgary Stampeders - could have chosen the Bombers as well but what Calgary did on the road against the Lions was much more impressive then the Bombers beating the Elks at home. Maier didn't have a huge game but did what he needed to do to win and threw 2 TD passes. Calgary had a huge day on the ground rushing for over 200 yards combined.
TOP DEFENSIVE GRADE: Calgary Stampeders - holding BC to 16 points in BC is very impressive, including Vernon Adams getting pulled after only 116 yards passing and 1 INT. Evans didn't do any better in relief, throwing for 125 yards 1 TD and 3 INTs. No running game to speak of again from BC which will be their downfall against Winnipeg in the West Finals.
FINAL POWER RANKINGS OF THE SEASON (# in brackets shows previous weeks ranking):
1) Toronto (1)
2) Winnipeg (2)
3) BC (3)
4) Montreal (4)
5) Hamilton (5)
6) Calgary (6)
7) Saskatchewan (7)
8) Edmonton (8)
9) Ottawa (9)
No changes in my final power rankings of the season, everyone is right where they should be! One more week and Calgary may have bumped Hamilton for 5th spot.
Good luck! I'd avoid betting the games this week.
