I went back to recheck my ML record and I shorted myself a win in week 8, record is updated.
WPG -6 @ MTL Winnipeg almost blew it and lost last week after being up 17 at the half. But not this week! Montreal is REALLY banged up. They are now on their 4th string QB, 3/4 WRs are out including Philpot, Mack and Letcher Jr, they're missing an 1 OL, their best DB (Dequoy) and best DL/best player on their defense: Mustafa Johnson. Winnipeg finally wins and covers and doesn't let this game slide against a completely decimated Als team. Where is the scoring coming from for Montreal? 30-13 Bombers
EDM -3 @ OTT Edmonton has won back to back games but be it against the Argos and a banged up Als team. The RedBlacks were on a 2 game winning streak before succumbing to the Bombers last week. Dru Brown is out, along with basically their whole defense, missing 9 players. Dedmon is out, Addison is out, 1 OL is out, they are almost in worse shape then Montreal minus not being on their 4th string QB. You have to go Edmonton to win and cover here. 32-24 Elks
BC -3.5 @ TOR The Lions have now won 2 in a row scoring 77 points in those 2 wins. Their offense is really starting to roll. The Argos are a complete disaster, their defense wouldn't be able to stop a High School team right now. Why is BC only favored by 4? I can't see Toronto's defense all of a sudden being fixed with how defunct they are in 1 weeks time. BC wins and covers. 39-26 Lions

SK +1 @ CGY My Riders are ROLLING! Bo Levi looked completely defeated and like he just wanted that game to end last week. The high scoring TiCats couldn't even get in the endzone at Mosaic. Here is the Riders recipe: They have a deep DL and can constantly rotate different DL in to keep them fresh and tire out the OL. And here is the key: when you have the opposing QB worrying about the pass rush and trying to escape it rather then keeping his eyes downfield well then thats a huge win! All the guys on the DL are great players and coach Mace was a defensive player himself and has this defense on lock. Everyone is playing fast and hungry. They added another 6 sacks to their season total last week. The players love playing for coach Mace. Harris is also playing at an MVP level realizing this may be his last/2nd last year and making the most of it. Ouellette has been a bruiser and plays hard.
Calgary is coming off the bye and is the only team to solve the Riders this year, at Mosaic, with the game being delayed 1 day. But not Saturday night. The Riders get their revenge. I am not going against this freight train until proven otherwise. They've allowed 15 points combined in the last 2 games, and 1 of those games was to the top scoring offense in the league. Riders win and cover. 27-19 Riders

WPG +0.5 If the Bombers lose this game they should be embarrassed and just give up on the year. The Bombers and Collaros, Demski, Oliviera and co. should be able to outscore a 4th string QB playing with backup WRs.
BC +3.5 This line is sort of suspect to me as I would expect BC to be favored by at least 1 TD. But give me a 3 pt cushion incase weird stuff happens.
