I have completed my Rest Advantage for the entire 2025 season.
Opening week 1
June 5, 6, 7. All teams start equal. Zero rest advantage.
Week 2
June 12, 13, 14.
BC@WPG : BC will be playing with 4 days of rest. WPG will be playing with 7 days of rest. 3 days rest advantage for WPG.
MTL@OTT : MTL will be playing with 6 days of rest. OTT will be playing with 7 days of rest. 1 day of rest advantage for OTT.
CGY@TOR : CGY will be playing with 6 days of rest. TOR will be playing with 7 days of rest. 1 day rest advantage for TOR.
SSK@HAM : SSK will be playing with 8 days of rest. HAM will be playing with 6 days of rest. 2 days rest advantage for SSK.
It's only week 2 so I don't believe Rest Advantage becomes a big factor this early in the season.
Week 3 EDM will have 11 days of rest over visiting MTL who will be playing with 5 days of rest. That's 6 days of rest advantage for EDM.
EDM is coming off a week 2 BYE.
3 months & 4 days till Preseason week 1 starts.
Guess who is playing. That's right, CGY@BC. Nathan Rourke vs Vernon Adams jr except neither QB will play any minutes! This Preseason game will be played on Vancouver Island in the city of Langford. These 2 teams will play twice in the regular season week 16 & 18
