My week 1 lines are

Sas (49.5) Ham (-1.5)

Win (45.5) BC (-2)

Tor (51.5) Edm (-4)

Mon (62) Cal (-1)

Thats if nothing major happens until week 1.

hoody, thanks for your ratings.  I think you're a required read every week.  Do you really think the Ti-Cats will be a short number against the Green Riders though?  Or do you sense Sask will have a good year?

Why is Saskatchewan rated so high and BC so low?

Here are the new Power Ratings i forgot a years calculations.

Does make a big difference, lost a hard drive this yr and tring to get things back in order.

BC   27.23

Win  25.92

Ham  25.66

Mon  25.09

Cal    24.25

Edm  23.96

Sas   21.14

Tor    18.75

 

The ov/un are the same, so my lines look like this now

Sas (49.5) Ham (-7.5)

Win (45.5) BC (-4)

Tor (51.5) Edm (-8)

Mon (62) Cal (-2)

Also forgot to say add 3 pts to the home team 

Again sorry for any inconvenience (did i spell that right).

Will try and do all the same things as last year each week.

Thanks hoody.  You are da man.  It's more in tune with my figs now.  That said, if the Argos are +8, I'm pounding!  Thanks again.

Ticats Over the total.

If you follow through with that thought process especially early in the season IMO, you should cash a lot of bets in the CFL. Hamilton looks poised to be in a lot of shootouts with a terrific offense led by veteran QB Burris, solid run game and deep receiving corps and a defense with a lot of holes in both the secondary and the DL.

Just wanted to add i think  Win has 4 road games to  start the season , so they must stay close, they may lose but i think and hope they cover. or they may need

Good stuff and   I'm keeping it simple tonight taking a parlay of HAM ML to BC ML (combined odds -120) for a couple units.

But they're not +8, in fact they're curently listed at a pick.Hoody's line for this is off by quite a bit.

I hear you, pinball.  I had the eskies in the 2-3 range.  With hoody's rating and the argos now favoured (I'm sure not likely to stop), I'll be making an eskies bet moments before kickoff at + points.
