After first revealing plans to merge back in October 2023, two of the largest legal sports betting market oversight companies in the U.S. have rebranded with a fresh coat of paint.

U.S. Integrity and Odds On Compliance announced the completion of their merger on Tuesday, collectively announcing their launch under the new name Integrity Compliance 360.

"The coming together of U.S. Integrity and Odds On Compliance represents a strategic alignment of values and a shared commitment to excellence,” IC360 CEO Matt Holt, formerly CEO of U.S. Integrity said via a release. “As IC360, we are dedicated to providing our clients with 360-degree solutions that address their unique compliance challenges, ensuring they can operate with integrity and confidence in today's complex regulatory environment."

With clients including professional leagues, NCAA conferences, U.S. sportsbooks, and a host of other major brands in the sports and sports betting sphere, the merger marks a seismic development in the sports betting compliance space.

“Our vision is clear: to help lead our industry forward on compliance and integrity standards, empowering our partners to raise the bar. We believe the IC360 brand represents just that,” added Eric Frank, President of IC360, formerly CEO of Odds On Compliance. “This is only the beginning of an exciting chapter for Integrity Compliance 360."

Merger set to expand reach and advance technology

Prior to the merger, U.S. Integrity specialized in identifying “suspicious behavior by analyzing changes in betting data against a benchmark of normal betting activity,” according to their website. Among the cases they were involved in flagging included a college basketball game between UAB and Temple last month, as well as a college baseball game last summer that led to the firing of former Alabama head coach Brad Bohannon, who was caught sharing pitcher injury information with a bettor at a sportsbook located nearby.

Conversely, Odds on Compliance focused particularly on online betting sites, and is set to expand its reach under the Integrity Compliance 360 banner. There is also the belief that the merger will help the pair expand upon and continue to improve their technology.

This also notably is not the first these two companies have found themselves aligned and working alongside each other. The two companies had previously worked in tandem on launching a joint venture sports betting oversight program called ProhiBet, which monitors illicit betting activity. Since the program’s launch early last year, various sports leagues and teams have partnered with ProhiBet, perhaps most notably including LALIGA and the UFC.

“With a comprehensive suite of services and leveraging the collective expertise of U.S. Integrity and Odds On Compliance, this is an evolution of a journey dedicated to setting industry benchmarks and creating a one-stop-shop for integrity and compliance needs,” Scott Sadin, COO of IC360, formerly COO of U.S. Integrity added via the release. “Integrity Compliance 360 looks forward to a future marked by continued growth, impactful partnerships, and a steadfast dedication to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.”
