Korea, I try to pick games where I think the variation is the most minimal. You picking any random games and you're a loser. We can all agree on that. But for example, I picked out 3 games today where teams are laying double digit numbers. Whether a team wins by 13 or 16 is arbitrary. But if you're leading the whole game by 8-10 points it's unlikely your opponent hoses you if you have a team -4.5 for instance.
All I'm trying to do is ballpark games here. And that's why I'm teasering. I do find that when I teaser games they often win both ways. We'll see where we are after 50 games. NBA is brutal to bet like I said. I'm an NFL teaser expert. I have not become an expert in this sport. But sometimes you have to learn through losing in order to be a winner.

GS must look at my picks and just make it their point to do the exact opposite of what I say. Win at LAC by 30 and lose to Memphis without Conley by 20. Makes perfect sense.
2-8 coming in, looks like 2-10. I guess I could have gone with Houston instead. GS just came in and gave no effort tonight. Lot of these games are just about motivation. If GS lost to LAC, they probably win this one by 15. But instead they come in cocky and don't care and get hammered. It's all psychological.
But then again, let's be fair here. Memphis's last 4 home games - win by 1 over orl, win by 3 over lal, win by 5 over phi, win by 2 over por. That's a pretty terrible stretch vs bad teams on your home floor. I guess I just have to stay away from most road games GS plays.

I should have taken Houston. Even Utah had value because Sac never beats halfway decent teams on the road.
So basically, the teaser system wasn't the issue here. I just picked the wrong team.

2-11 now lol.
Honestly, I'll keep picking just for the humor. But I really don't think you can handicap the NBA. I just think it's ridiculously random. Not many patterns to go by. Bucks were down 10 going into the fourth . . . . I mean they could have easily lost by 6 or 7 but get hammered in the fourth to lose by 22.
Houston is at home vs Brooklyn meanwhile and they're up 5 in the fourth? Houston is a better team than Toronto, and Brooklyn is definitely a lot worse than Milwaukee, yet they're competing tonight and the Bucks can't come within 15 vs Toronto? None of it really makes sense. It's random. Teams don't give good effort night to night. And that's part of why the product is so bad.
College at least you know teams try hard. And less games. No one plays back to backs. We'll see what my record is there, but at least you have somewhat of a shot to win there.

3-0 yesterday. 12-13 on the year. We started off 2-11 and I had some hecklers here. Understandably so. Nice comeback since then. But key is being patient and not forcing plays like a con artist. For example, I liked Cleveland tonight but I didn't have anyone I liked much to pair them with. Every other game had serious flaws in it.

2-0 yesterday. Finally avoided getting hosed in a close game in the GS game. Something I have noticed about that team, they only tend to cover at home following a loss. Right now they are in going through the motions non cover mode, when they beat a crap team like Denver by say only 8 points, they'll play another not so good team like Dallas or Orlando and only beat them by like 10 or 11. And they'll keep doing that till they lose, and then the first 3 games or so after they lose they'll beat the crap out of teams by 20 to 30 because they're mad. But if they're not mad they don't play that well. They just don't typically win a game by 9 or 10 at home and win by 25 the next game. SA is somewhat similar, although a little more professional in my opnion. Just an observation. So when you see them laying 14 to 16 the next 2 weeks lay off it. They're kind of an immature team in a sense because if they play hard they would beat Denver by 30 almost every game, but they don't play super hard in these games.
Anyway, 14-13 on the year now after starting 2-11.

4.5 point teaser today. Pays same as the 3 team 8 pointer. There are only 2 games I like and given the sides and spreads I'm taking this makes the most sense
30. Bos -1 Sa -2
