Local had Auburn @ +14 bet 20 units and thinking; I'm an Auburn Homer, that being said; In the SEC you have to play 8 conference games and get one week off, Georgia scheduled New MX St. to give their team a breather before one of the oldest rivalries in college football. Same reason Auburn was off last week and has Furman scheduled before Alabama game. Auburn has lost on the road and ATS against the #1, #8, & #9 teams in the country. Auburn is very young, but the defensive line is getting very good and is 2 deep, their problems will be in the secondary. You are very correct Auburn has to throw the football, Malzahn (overpaid offensive coordinator) played stupid against 8/9 in the box before the switch to Mosley at QB. Mosely likes his tight end/FB (LUTZ) and Auburn finally has their 2 other top receivers healthy for the 2nd game week, albeit not 100%. If Auburn can throw it some, Dyer and McCaleb should be able to run the ball against a good Georgia run defense.Auburn was blessed w/Cam Newton and a very easy SEC schedule last year. Georgia has the very easy SEC schedule this year, and have only beaten 2 SEC teams by 14 points this year, beating MS ST & MS each by exactly 14pts. Could go on and on with reasons either team wins, just not covers. I can't even fathom the reasoning making Georgia a 2 TD favorite here. And more often than not, I will play the percentages, and take the double digit dawgs in the SEC, (hasn't worked out too well this year though) My book had it at 14, I would suggest buying the hook here if you only get 13', and that has nothing to do with confidence, just smart hedging, which I am sure the Market watcher understands. If I loved it just a little more, I might be playing this game for 5 dimes (50 units), and I just started in on the rum and coke to see if I can get my courage up to play my winnings from college ball this year on this game! I have posted my normal SEC picks and predictions if your interested. BOL to all......... Weagle, Weagle, track 'em like a Beagle WAR DAMN EAGLE!! KICK "EM IN THE BUTT BIG BLUE!! |
