NFL: Eagles WR Maclin tears ACL, out for season

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has suffered a torn right ACL Saturday, the Eagles have announced. He is reportedly expected to miss the upcoming season.

Maclin suffered the injury during practice Saturday afternoon where he remained on the ground for several minutes while being attended to by team doctors.

The former Missouri Tiger had 69 catches for 857 yards and seven touchdowns in 2012.

According to online sportsbook Bet365, the Eagles are currently +333 to win the NFC East and +3300 to win the Super Bowl.
