No James, Wade and Allen Friday for Heat

The Miami Heat are going into full rest mode.

LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Ray Allen will all miss Miami's game in Charlotte on Friday.

Mario Chalmers has been upgraded to a game-time decision.

James has missed the last two games due to hamstring tightness. Wade has missed the past two games with an ankle injury. Allen twisted his ankle when he tripped over a cameraman on Tuesday, according to a tweet from Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel.

Chalmers has missed the past three games with an ankle injury.

Miami is 5-2-1 ATS without Wade this season.

Charlotte has lost 10 straight against Miami going back to 2010 and the under is 4-0 in the last four meetings.

The Heat are favored by five points and the total is 194.
