Few teams in European soccer have as many things going on this month as the Blues.

Chelsea will look to hold onto their final automatic Champions League berth as the penultimate matchday of English Premier League betting goes off Tuesday and Wednesday.

The fourth-place club owns a slim one-point lead over Liverpool for the coveted berth, though that might not even matter if they defeat Manchester City in this year's Champions League final, slated for May 29.

And then there's the hangover from the FA Cup final, which Chelsea dropped to a Leicester club they'll face again this week.

Here are our top Premier League betting plays for Matchday 37.

Premier League predictions for Matchday 37

Manchester United vs Fulham

Manchester United are doing a good job of giving their faithful fans fits, with back-to-back losses in league play leaving them still without a lock on the No. 2-spot in the standings. A victory Tuesday against lowly Fulham would secure the runner-up placement, and Man United still has one more shot of securing the necessary three points in this weekend's finale vs. Wolverhampton.

You can count on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's troops taking care of business on home soil this weekend, as they're expected to go with their regular starting complement in an effort to tune-up for next week's Europa League final vs. Villarreal. Fulham have been losing at half- and full-time in each of their past three matches, and that seems like a good trend to capitalize on in this one.

PICK: Manchester United Half Time/Full Time (+100)

Chelsea vs Leicester

What started out as a May with plenty of promise is becoming a bit of a nightmare for Thomas Tuchel's side, which faces a must-win game against a Leicester team that pulled out a 2-1 win last week for its first-ever FA Cup triumph. With a Top-4 berth now in doubt, expect Tuchel to roll out a lineup similar to the one he'll use in the Champions League final later this month.

Leicester are in a similar (though less dire) situation from a Champions League qualification standpoint, sitting third in the table but just two points clear of Chelsea and three ahead of hard-charging Liverpool. Both sides could use the three points here, and given how even these teams are, there's a high enough likelihood of a draw that it's the best outcome play given the odds.

PICK: Draw (+275)

Tottenham vs Aston Villa

There isn't much they can do if Liverpool keep winning, but Tottenham are still mathematically in the running for the league's Europa League berth entering Wednesday's home encounter with scuffling Aston Villa. Spurs need to finish with a pair of wins and hope that Liverpool falter, but they've done well to stay in the running with three wins in as many games under new manager Ryan Mason.

Villa are in a downward spiral with just one victory from their previous six outings and have dropped six consecutive meetings with Tottenham. Spurs are one of the few remaining teams with something tangible to play for, and with a victory the only way of keeping their remote chances of a postseason spot alive, you can expect a sublime effort in a one-sided win for the home team.

PICK: Tottenham -1 (+125)

Burnley vs Liverpool

It's hardly enough to appease fans, but a late-season flourish has positioned Liverpool to challenge for a return to the Champions League next season as they put a three-game winning streak on the line at Burnley. The defending Premier League champions have earned 20 of a possible 24 points from their last eight league matches to surge into fifth spot, one point back of Chelsea.

If you need another reason to trust the away side, there's the extra motivation of having dropped a 1-0 home decision to Burnley back in December, a stunning defeat that kicked off an unfathomable stretch of six consecutive league defeats at Anfield. But the side Burnley will face in the return match looks much better, and has locked its sights on a Top-4 finish.

PICK: Liverpool Win/Clean Sheet (+130)
