Arsenal takes on Aston Villa in a clash of teams atop the Premier League table on Tuesday.

Villa won their home game against Arsenal earlier this month and have been winning ever since. Their hot streak has impressed England, and Villa look well placed for an unannounced title bid.

I believe this will be a proper game, with lots of action on both ends. Here are my Arsenal vs. Aston Villa predictions and free betting picks below.

Premier League predictions for Arsenal vs Aston Villa

My Arsenal vs Aston Villa best bet: Ollie Watkins 2+ shots on target (+360 at Sports Interaction)

Ollie Watkins has scored four goals in five away Premier League appearances against Arsenal, the most any Aston Villa player has netted away against the Gunners.

Watkins is fresh from scoring twice against Chelsea on Saturday in Villa's 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge. He sent no fewer than four shots on target in that match. Against Arsenal on December 6, he sent two shots on target, but he didn't hit the net.

I believe his momentum is a good enough reason to count on Watkins making himself visible against Arsenal once more. I'll take this generous +360 price for 2+ shots on target Tuesday evening.

Arsenal vs Aston Villa same-game parlay (SGP)

Ollie Watkins 2+ shots on target

Viktor Gyokeres 1+ shots on target

Eberechi Eze 1+ shots on target

Over 9.5 corners

Gyokeres sent two shots on target against Brighton on Saturday. I'm counting more of the same in this game.

Meanwhile, Arsenal's Eberechi Eze has been involved in five goals in four home Premier League starts against Aston Villa (two goals, three assists), all for former side Crystal Palace between May 2021 and February 2025.

Eze has scored in his team's final EPL match of the calendar year in each of the last three years, all for Crystal Palace (2022 vs. Bournemouth, 2023 vs. Brentford, 2024 vs. Southampton). He'll be looking to continue the streak.

I'll also add Over 9.5 corners. Arsenal averages 5.94 per game, while Villa stands at 5.17. Both teams count on set pieces to maximize their scoring methods, so I'm not leaving corners out of this SGP.
