Wonder why everybody thinks the right wing has racial prejudice.
I hear ya Zimmerman said they always get away and the incident happened 3 blocks from his vehicle. They don't care about these facts. They believe civilians have police authority and don't believe in corruption.
We both know he called 911 and didn't intend to kill Martin. Zimmerman's fantasy of how he would stop an alleged criminal until the cops show up didn't go according to plan.
Zimmerman said the C**ns always get away and he wasn't going to let that happen this time. Not under his watch.

...and the cops said there wasn't any evidence to contradict Zimmermans story. I told you A,B,C, Didn't matter.

Exactly, whether he said "fkn person" or not doesn't really matter. From the the 911 call, it shows that Z thought he was up to no good & that M was one of "these guys" that always got away & he wasn't going to stop his pursuit. Basically shows his mindset to be he was the "good guy" & M was the "bad guy". These righties here don't seem to be interested in justice or what really happened, just to be right in their illogical arguments but that's nothing new, lol.
The only thing here that keeps this from being a case of murder or manslaughter is that it was committed in self defense under FL law. There is no proof of that other than the account from Z himself. So it all comes down to his credibility & believability. The lead dectective didn't believe him & wanted him charged. But the state atty (a friend of Z's father) is contacted within hours & they don't charge him. There are things that just don't add up in Z's story & you have to wonder why the girlfriend talking to M hasn't been interviewed after over a month along with alot of other things that weren't done.
The exact location of Z's car hasn't been disclosed that I know of, but since the location of the dead body was found inside the compound between the townhouses where no car could be parked, you gotta figure the fight/shooting took place closer to M's house than Z's vehicle. That alone doesn't dispute that Z was returning to his vehicle, but he sure as hell wasn't about to get in it. If the girlfriends account of their call is true, that also shows Z was lying about what was said & how it started. Then you have 2 voice experts saying that with almost scientific certainty the voice crying for help is not Zimmerman's & the only reason they can't say for sure it's Martin is because they don't have a copy of his voice. Martin's parents say it's their son. If the voice is not Z's which seems to be the case, it shows him lying again about another major element in the case.
Sounds like we have at the least some undue influence being exerted from the state atty & a lying Z that needs to be charged -

bla bla bla...then you have some liberal goons who ignore evidence and try to conjure up false evidence and cling to ideas that make no sense.
Ignore the cops that didn't find evidence to contradict Zimmermans story.
Cant imagine that some kid that had been suspended from school and had been caught with a burglary tool and womens jewelry could ever start a fight with someone who merely wanted to find out why he was there.
Had Trayvon simply told him he was staying at his dad's girls house he would be alive to use his burglary tool or swing on a bus driver and Zimmermans life wouldn't be completely ruined because of the racist bs being spewn at him.

interesting take from a "progressive" who calls people white skinheads. And as far as your comment, that "if it was self defense that doesn't mean anything in the big picture"...um, well yes it does, that is the big picture.
That is not what I mean at all by big picture.
However, please accept my apologies for my casual remarks suggesting widespread bigotry/my 'racial profiling'/whatever you want to call it. I can tell you were not happy with my comments.
Sometimes I forget that I inevitably offend people who do not deserve to be offended, when I criticize the people who's actions actually do warrant that type of passionate and purposefully 'non-politically correct' response... especially in this case, in which I was reacting to the appearance or impressions of systemic racism.
Perhaps my comments were not appropriate. Perhaps it needed to be said. However, speaking to you personally, please understand that I am well aware that 'most' does not mean 'all.' If I'm am speaking out against 'the right wing,' and it doesn't fit your views or beliefs (ie. you don't support what I'm criticizing) then I am not talking about you.
I do my best to separate the mindless drones from rational conservatives, and it is somewhat tragic that people like you are unfortunately associated with the narrow-minded irrational GOP supporters I am typically speaking out against. I apologize if you have been, or will be, offended by my extremely critical and sometimes inflammatory comments directed at them.
Please believe I do not think 'all' right wingers are racists, and once again I'm sorry if I gave you that impression.

The lead investigator did disbelieve Z & did want to charge Zimmerman
Martin was suspended for tardiness & graffiti. When he was found with jewelery & a screwdriver he was not arrested & his parents weren't even called. No relevance to this situation at all -

You can't have it both ways. If you are gonna apply Zimmermans history of calling 911 46 times and the fact that he wanted to be a cop, you have to apply what we know of Trayvon. Its either all admissable or none.
The lead investigator didn't believe Zimmerman and bases his oppinion on that.
The lead investigator has every right to arrest Zimmerman if he had probable cause. Why didn't he then? He could have overruled those people that told him it wasn't a good idea.

There's really no point in going on. Because basically, it sounds like even if it's clearly shown (because nothing right now can be totally "proved") with evidence & logical common sense that Z is lying in his statements about all the key elements of how this went down, you're still going to believe him & his family and that it was lawful self-defense.

I would throw in the towel if I were you. Zimmerman says he had a bloody nose and back of his head and mysteriously so does the police report.
2 things hes not lying about.
Zimmerman says he was screaming for help. Trayvons Father says the screams were not from his son.

YOU WIN!
Show'em what he's won bob... well...you win a confused look on your face and the fear that these people are free to roam society with guns, can vote and can be called to jury duty.

Sleep on that idea.
All I've ever said I wanted to see was him charged & it go to trial for all the evidence (including circumstantial) & witnesses to be seen/heard, then let a jury decide. Hopefully, that will happen -

I got you the first time. Is it a coincedence that you can't charge someone if you don't have probably cause?
Google probable cause and you'll see why he'll NEVER be charged.
Only thing you can charge him with is carrying a round in the chamber. I doubt they ever considered that.

Just like Nancy Pelosi wanted us to pass the bill so that we could see whats in it. Conservatives don't like that mentality.

NBC News has completed the internal investigation into the edited tape of George Zimmerman’s 911 call, which was aired on Today. The network admitted an “error” and apologized to viewers.
“During our investigation it became evident that there was an error made in the production process that we deeply regret,”
.......About the only they regret is getting caught..they did what.. they wanted to do paint Zimmerman as a racist ...if someone isn't fired a NBC it will prove it...

Zimmerman said the C**ns always get away and he wasn't going to let that happen this time. Not under his watch.
As I posted in the loooong thread ..
I've listened to the 911 tape over 10x's ..they claim he said under his breath "F'kin person.." [he was basically talking to himself] not to the 911 dispacher and not to Tayvon....
I don't hear that [beyond a reasonable doubt ]..what I hear is something I've said before myself many times " F'kin alanColmes"..
We also know that he is bilingual and speaks Spanish often during the day ..he could have accidentally struck himself in the groin area while running ..because he was carrying a phone and said "F'kin cojones"..

Yeah, under the FL SYG law it would be a very tough case for the prosecution because the burden of proof doesn't shift any to the defense like it does in other states. They would have to rely on circumstantial evidence & try to show that Z lied about how it happened. If they can get a copy of Martin's voice that proves without a doubt it's him and if the girlfriend is credible & her account is believable, that would be very damaging to the defense. Especially given the 911 call & the fact that he was the angry pursuer. The only unconflicted evidence Z has going for him so far are his injuries. I don't think that would be enough even in FL if the jury was convinced he lied about alot of other key things -

Multiple audio experts say that Z said a racial slur. Multiple audio experts say Z wasn’t the one screaming. A detective wanted to press charges. A secret meeting is known to have happened.
There is NO 911 tape to prove what Z said that happened. Z says they always get away. Z tells 911 emergency dispatch that he is in front of the clubhouse. Martin’s body was found 3 blocks away from the clubhouse behind mary cutcher’s house.
That’s a long distance for a guy who said he wasn’t following him anymore. Like I said…we both know he called 911 and didn't intend to kill Martin. Zimmerman's fantasy of how he would stop an alleged criminal until the cops show up didn't go according to plan.
Zimmerman said the C**ns always get away and he wasn't going to let that happen this time. Not under his watch. The police either screwed up or there was a cover up by Sanford police Chief Bill Lee, Capt. Robert O’Connor, and State Attorney Norm Wolfinger.
I don’t know if there is enough evidence anymore after how many people have already tainted this case. All I want is a trail and if Z is found innocent then at least it was tried out in court. There is no getting through to them cashin.

Didn't Ziimmerman tells Sanford 911," these a-holes always get away..etc...and not ..the C**ns always get away and he wasn't going to let that happen this time.

He does say “These assholes. They always get away.” After he’s says M is head towards the back entrance he says ‘F-ing person’
All I did was type it in a way that says what he really was really thinking and feeling.

Under Florida law...Did Zimmerman reasonably believe deadly force was necessary to prevent Martin from killing or seriously injuring him ?
It won't matter who screamed for ' help",what was said on the tapes or even who struck the 1st blow or any blows..
In addition, if it can be proved that Zimmerman was the one on the ground ..he would have no other choice at that point, than to stand the ground he was laying on ...

All I've ever said I wanted to see was him charged & it go to trial for all the evidence (including circumstantial) & witnesses to be seen/heard, then let a jury decide. Hopefully, that will happen -
So cashin, you think that Trayvons father was lying when he told the investigator that voice didn't belong to his son?
You don't find it a bit interesting that he changes his story only after considering the ramifications if the voice is not Trayvons?
Where is your logic and common sense?
The 13 year old boy witnessed the person on the bottom screaming for help and getting his ass handed to him. The only real way the smaller, younger Trayvon was going to get the upper hand on the bigger stronger Zimmerman is with the element of suprize as in a sucker punch to the nose...stunning and blinding him with blood it would then be easy to take him to the ground and smack his head into the sidewalk. Police report also spoke very clearly of grass on wet jacket...suggesting that he had been on the bottom...duh...it was raining.
The only reason Mary Cutcher said what she said is because she, like you couldn't imagine or comprehend the younger guy whipping the older, bigger guys ass. She heard the screaming too yet when asked, insisted it was that of a young boy. Zimmermans voice is not deep and probably less than Trayvons. Even higher when screaming.
Its very clear to me that you and money are not looking at this objectively based on wording you both use.
And....Trayvons girlfriend can only state...duh...what she has already said. They both asked each other a question and then she heard the scuffle. What in the hell else are you expecting her to be able to say being that the phone call was dropped at that point?
Please list in order the evidence you are counting on to back up your theory?
