You are an idiot. Either you really suck in gambling or you are new to it.......if that's the case then I understand and you will learn eventually. I will bring back this thread when the Panthers win.....and no it won't be a big huge suprise. If you go strictly by the numbers and base betting on what a team did previously and it worked then we would all be millionaires.......just because the Panthers sucked against the Falcons doesn't mean they will on Sunday. The Panthers were a mess on defense the first 4 games of the year and they have changed things.
Learn situational handicapping......research what's going on with the teams instead of just looking at the numbers. This is why the Panthers have a great shot at winning:
1) The Panthers are awesome when they are underdogs.....go look up what their record is ATS and straight up as underdogs under John Fox.
2) The Panthers have sucked at home. If they don't win this game then their next chance at a home win is in November against Atlanta.........that would be about 1 calendar year since their last win at home. You don't think John Fox and the team has heard about that over and over the last month? That is all they have heard during their bye week and the owner isn't happy about it either. They will play more inspired than they have since the Super Bowl. They want to win this home game more than anything.
3) They are fresh coming off a bye while the Colts are in a tough spot. They played on the road on a Monday night and off a short week have to play on the road again. As much as they say they aren't looking forward to next week's Pats game they can't help it......it's human nature.
4) John Fox's coaching style is what gives the Colts problems. The Colts are a quick but undersized d-line. If you run against them constantly and don't give up you will eventually gain yards, 1st downs, and time of possession. The Panthers are not going to let David Carr or Vinny T determine this game. They will run like crazy and if doesn't work then they will lose.......they won't try to pass it and win. You will see a lot of plays without a QB......DeAngelo Williams will lineup in shotgun and run with the ball.
The bottomline is that the Panther's are in a great spot to win this game. No they aren't a better team than the Colts.......they aren't 1/5 of what the Colts are. In a best of 7 series the Colts would win 4-2. However, what you are looking over is the situation......
Also, FYI the Falcons have DeAngelo Hall and the Panthers have DeAngelo Williams.
