"Top Gun: Maverick" will soon celebrate its three-year anniversary since debuting in movie theaters all around the country.
In three years, Top Gun Las Vegas will be a new and breathtaking interactive experience on The Strip.
Paramount Global, along with Advent Allen Entertainment, announced a partnership that will take an undeveloped site at The STRAT Hotel, Casino and Tower and create an experience around the "Top Gun" movie franchise.

Located on 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, the STRAT is home to a 1,149-foot Vegas resort tower, which is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States.
"This innovative venture marks a new milestone for 'Top Gun' and expands Paramount's portfolio of immersive entertainment," said Pam Kaufman, president and CEO of international markets, global consumer products and experiences at Paramount in a news release. "Paramount is committed to delivering authentic, mind-blowing experiences for fans."
The temporary title – Top Gun Las Vegas – is scheduled to launch in the summer of 2028 and will bring a new look and experience to visitors. It will feature rides, fighter jet simulators, and will be surrounded by, of course, Top Gun: Maverick's Hard Deck bar and restaurant, which will highlight live piano singalongs.
Plans are already being considered and explored for expansion for future locations, not only here in the states but globally.

The original "Top Gun" debuted in 1986, starring Tom Cruise as aviator Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, a daring flyer who first trains at the Navy's prestigious fighter weapons school. The sequel, "Top Gun: Maverick," hit theaters in May 2022, with Mitchell returning to train a detachment of Top Gun graduates for a specialized mission.
