This line really popped out to me when I saw it this morning. As someone who watched BOTH of the previous games between these two, essentially, they were both huge comeback wins for Chicago, and Chicago, frankly, was lucky to win either (Prince halfcourt 3 pointer to force OT in 2nd game, CRAZY). In my previous mid season analysis, I earmarked the Dream as one of the teams that I thought would significantly improve over the 2nd half of the season with the addition of Souza down low. It looks like both Souza and McCoughtry are playing today, it also looks like Prince and Fowles are as well. Souza was not present for either of the other games, I think it will be a big difference.
The fact that the Dream posted a poor record prior to the break without McCoughtry playing, I think helps this line. The only thing I wonder about is how much trouble Souza might have transitioning into offense/defense as she has not played with the girls half the season.
Regardless, I love getting points with the Dream here as I feel they are the better team here, even without Souza, and when you add a center that can bang with Fowles down low, I think it adds a significant edge to the Dream's chances tonight.

Always good to have the game agree with you analysis. Atlanta 82-76. de Souza with 19 points. Atlanta +18 in the paint. Drew a critical technical foul from Fowles and in general frustrated her down low. I think the Dream are definitely in for a 2nd half run. Would be cautious though with the +7 tomorrow on the back to back in Indiana.
For Chicago, looks like Epiphany Prince is all the way back, hitting some big 3's (one even in the closing seconds, lol).
Tomorrow probably just looking to play the Connecticut ML for a little cheddar. Should be between -400 or -500. Highly doubtful New York wins IN Connecticut.
