Murray vs. Federer

Am going with Murray +118 tomorrow... just think he is the better hard court player at this stage of their respective careers.

Murray looked good against Soderling and has the hometown crowd to support him here.

Federer has been solid recently...but its hard to argue with the 8-5 head to head advatage for Murray.

Federe always beats Murray when it actually matters like the AO and USO. Lets not forget Federer beat him here last year.

Not saying it won't be tough but I'll be betting on Feds, can't go against him on the big stage.

Murray beat him the past two times in Masters Series finals....sorry but those matches were more important that a round-robin match here.

Both players I suspect bring their A games... both players dislike each other and I expect a solid match.

Federer can certainly win and might...but I look at this match as 50-50 at worst... and at +odds I will gladly roll the dice

Last time I bet on Murray on this matchup and I won...

this time I´m afraid is time to revenge for Rog..

Now this play we agree on, two units on Murray and a half unit on him 2-0 prop. The slow courts with low bounce strongly favor his game... notice how when he has beaten Roger the worst it is on slow surfaces, well here is another.

Fed has been dominant but if you isolate it down to just the top players he has met since the USO he has struggled some. The crowd will be against him same as it was with Monfils and Murray showed dynamite form vs Soderling while Fed looked a bit shaky at the end of the second set vs Ferrer, reminding of the demons of inconsistency that have haunted him to no end this year.

Medium strength play.

Hopping on the murray train with you all.. I feel like the public will be on Fed which was my initial thought, but the h2h is 9-5 in favor of murray and on this type of court murray is like 3-1 in there last 4

I probably didn't spell either of their names right

Over 24 +110 for me. I'd take Murray too but only because he's plus money and I think this is totally 50/50. I might try whoever loses the first set to win the match in live betting.

Fed is the better player even now IMO but given recent form from both that scoreline would be the shock of the tournament to me.

Man I wish I had live betting. Took him to the woodshed. My worst tennis bet in a long time. Fed wanted revenge and boy did he get it. I just pray he plays this well vs Soderling.

Had a colonoscopy this morning so i missed the match...guess Murray took it in the ass worse than me

Didn't see the match... but the fact that Murray generated 0 break chances tells me he played awful...can anyone confirm?

Murray gave up a pretty early break in the first set (his second service).  Other than that he played "ok" in the first set. 

He was done by the second game in the second set.

Once again.... Federer steps his game up when it matters most. He does not care at all about those little Master series.... all that matters are the GS, Olympics, and season ending tournament.

Fed played fine, very clean game, nothing amazing, Murray moved pretty well, but he just couldn't keep the ball in play in general and just couldn't do anything with Feds serve.  It was very one sided the whole time.
