Interesting take. So why did France already play their final? Yes I now they beat Argentina who beat them in the WC but couple things (1) this isn't the same team and (2) this match is being played in Lyon, France. Just curious. BOL!

To answer your question, they put too much energy/effort into that game and only won 1-0. I DONT think they another gear in them. If thats their best, I think the Egyptian team can  hang. At least one African team has to represent in the finals- 50/50 lol.  Im just being superstitious here, In the euros, the nation hosting the tournament went out in the semi.

Probably was the right call (Egypt to advance). Obviously, Egypt or draw (double chance) was a great call. It appears the red card opened the flood gates against Egypt.
