YTD 18 hit 36 strikeouts 170 batting average. Last six seasons. 342 hits, 403 strikeouts, 256 batting average. I know I know, he's great!!!! LLLLLOOOOOOLLLLLLL!!!

You know what I see mainly in these comments about trout? You guys give him excuses! And you know what that means???? He's hurt, he has no protection, he has a bad manager, he has a bad owner!!!! How about this?!!!???? How about he has sucked for the past 6 seasons. I can't believe you idiots on this thread can't come to terms that he has sucked for the past 6 years!!!!! But nooooooo, keep giving him excuses!!! What I see is a baseball player struggling with his performance!!! That's what I see!!! YTD on the great, Hall of famer, Mike Trout. LOL. 18 hits, 36 k's, 173ba. That's now 344 hits, 408 strikeouts in the last 6 seasons in very limited time. If he had actually played 6 full seasons, he would probably have around 1K strikeouts in the last 6 seasons. I'll say it, Mike Trout is one of the worst baseball players in the league in the last few years. But I know, he's great, he's the great Mike Trout.  I hear you dude. Okay, I'm done again. But I'm just so fascinated because trout sucks so bad and people thinks he's a superstar. I'm just fascinated by the whole scenario. Mike Trout sucks. He hasn't won anything but a few silver slugger awards. That's because the center field position in the American League has been weak for the last 15 years. Ken Griffey Jr and his 10 gold gloves are laughing his ass off. Anyways, I'm done again. I made my point. Trout sucks!

 I don't hate him.You probably haven't read the whole thread because it's lengthy, but I have a problem with him, the media and fans. My problem is? The media for sure, a lot of fans thinks Mike Trout is great! And he's actually nowhere near greatness. The dude doesn't care about winning for starters. He could have left the Angels a long time ago. He has 0 championships, championship appearances, no playoff wins, one playoff appearance in 13 years, gold gloves, batting titles and he's been facing minor league pitching his whole career.  All he does is either strikeout, or hit a meaningless home run for his last place team. When his career ends he will have around 2100 hits, 2400 strikeouts. The only awards his has won is silver slugger. And he wouldn't have those if he played in the 90s, those belong to Ken Griffey Jr. Mike Trout is a joke, and he has been for the past 6 seasons. He actually sucks! I mean seriously, what has the dude actually won? That's my problem with him, people think he's great, and he's nowhere near greatness. Frank Thomas is laughing his ass off

Am I supposed to appreciate his 2025 season that's happening before every Mike Trout lovers eyes but they won't admit it. Let's see, 175 batting average, 17 hits, 34 strikeouts, his team in last place. That's acting pretty good for trout. By this time last year he had 40 strikeouts, so he's ahead of his pace

Oh, you're one of those guys who thinks Mike Trout is great even though in the past 6 years he has a 257 batting average, 401 strikeouts, 338 hits, no-gold gloves batting titles championships, division titles or even playoff wins.  Appreciate? Appreciate what??? 338 hits, 401 strikeouts the last 6 seasons with limited time playing? 257 batting average last 6 seasons. Oh, I know? Appreciate his gold gloves!!! Yeah no! He doesn't have any gold gloves! Appreciate his batting titles? He doesn't have any of those either? His playoff clutch hits? None of those either? So what exactly am I supposed to appreciate? Dude hasn't done anything in 6 years. And he didn't do much the previous 6 years. Any gold gloves? Batting titles, championships, playoff wins?

Dude just struck out again!!! Jesus Christ this guy sucks!!!! But I know, I know, he's great, he's the great Mike Trout, blah blah blah blah blah. He's not too far the league leader in strikeouts, Colorado Rockies Ryan Mchannon with 40, whoever he is? Trout has 34. He will catch him by next Tuesday to be the league leader in strikeouts. And it's going to be hilarious.

Oh, and just for the record, I just checked the box score. 0-4, 2 k's. I'm pretty sure year to date now is, 17 hits, 35 k's. .177 avg. I know guys, I know, he has 9 home runs leading the league. I know, he's great, blah blah blah blah blah. 35 strikeouts and a 177 average gets overshadowed by 9 home runs. I know guys, I know, Mike Trout is great, I know, I know, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Dude is worthless. Dude has been worth it for 6 years in a row now. And I can't wait for 4 more years of this nonsense. A decade of stats, and trust me, I'll let you guys know. I know, I know, he's great, blah blah blah blah blah. Where are the gold gloves?? LOL.

 Exactly, trout sucks, he has sucked for 6 years, I can't wait another 4 years, he will have a decade behind him, with around 400 hits, 700 strikeouts, O championships, with no playoff wins, still without a gold glove, batting title. AND THERE IT WAS!!! Another meaningless home run from the GREAT Mike Trout. His team is losing 11-3. So he hits a homerun! Wow, that made it 11 - 4. Oh, for the record, he also struck out 2 times. But I digress. Hey Little Mikey, keep striking out and hitting meaningless home runs. You're doing exactly what I said you were going to do! How about knocking in the game winning run? I don't know? Okay guys, all the Mike Trout lovers who thinks this guy is great even though he doesn't own a  gold glove, batting title, championship, or even a playoff win. I'm officially done with this thread. I've made my point, time to move on. You guys won't accept the fact about trout that he sucks, he hasn't done anything for 6 seasons.
