Good stuff Humbled - what is the latest on Drose?
I usually hate laying points on the road, but I have heard this year that there are more blowouts than ever before? Has anyone seen any real stats on this? |

Cleveland is actually pretty respectable ATS - would love to hear everyone's opinion
Any Cleveland homers here? |

Will be nice to have an extra long defender off the bench - we need it

marnypoly - i hear you regarding bron and wade - and artest and kobe are certainly aging, but how can you say bosh and haslem (who is like 6'8) are going to be fine against pau and bynum?
you need bigs to win .... |

Who is going to play center?
If (I know a big IF), but if Bynum is healthy, Lakers will have 2 seven footers. Ron ron on Lebron, Kobe on Wade, Lamar on Bosh Who is going to match up with Pau and Bynum? |

Good points D2 - we will have to disagree on Okur/Noah.
In 3 years, I wouldn't be suprised if Westbrook was the best point guard in the league. To me, they signed a 28 year old guy with a super young team; Boozer will probably start declining in 3 years while the other guys really hit their stride. Moreover, he is undersized - look how he shriveled against the Lakers. Utah also has Sloan and additional depth (big guys like Fasenko are not throw aways) while Chicago gutted their bench. I know you're a Chicago guy, so good luck with the bulls. But to me, I don't see how they emerge, with a first time head coach, from the Eastern Conference over the next few years as currently configured. |

How do you figure Rose>Williams? Deron gets no respect in this league. First Chris Paul, then Rondo mania - now Rose. Not saying Rose isn't good, but no way Deron isn't better
Noah has become particularly overhyped the last few months with all this Lebron to Chicago talk. The dude is good - dont get me wrong - he hustles, blocks, has heart, etc. But Okur is a 6-11 guy that can board and hit 3's. How's that for a start? Chicago has Korver, who was on Utah. Utah has guys like Millsap and AK (if healthy big IF), while Chicago has guys like Deng and Miller. Seriously, do you honestly think this "new" Bulls team is going to go any farther in the Eastern Conference, than Utah has the last few years in the Western Conference? I don't think so.... |

than Utah has been last few years in the west....
just seems like shuffling of players - not sure they'll have enough fire power to knock of Miami or Orlando (even Boston). What am I missing? |

Wow - crazy how C's are rejuvenated. Last two champs back in the finals for the rubber match.
Now the Lakers have Artest, Bynum and home court advantage, but the C's have a mature Rondo and the need for Sheed..... Should be awesome |

LOL - I do the same exact thing - I lock in all my plays when my girl takes the obligatory hour to get ready. When I tell her to step on the gas its still 45 minutes. Hilarious you do the same thing
Heard your radio show for the first time - kind of interesting to put a "voice to a name", but you sound very impressive and are a great asset to this forum. As a contrarian myself, you were speaking my language - change your name to ValueHunter |

We all know playoffs are like a chess match - all about adjustments. I've read before how the zig zag theory is pretty powerful in the playoffs. As a contrarian, I would imagine that there would also be value in playing zig zag plays.
For example, playing Boston the next game. Everyone is thinking BOS is done, particularly after losing KG and dropping game 1, and that Rose is the second coming. Or Detroit - dont you think there's value there? Eager to hear people's thoughts and any stats you may have. Thanks!! |

GH-
You are arguably the most disciplined, consistent and methodical cappers on this forum. I respect you tremendously. Glad to see all the nonsense from last year is behind you. All the best. |
