About 4 years ago - I lost $10,000 on -300 black-hawks vs coyotes - game went into overtime - hawks was on a power play- the goal was more then 1/2 way accross the goal line and mike smith made the save of his life keeping it out - they review it? But call it no goal - was close to a $14,000 swing in my pocket - later I lost the game in a shootout -
it was with in CM of going in - just 1 of my story’s - nothing is GURANTEE

Some of this stuff is interesting to say the least. You guys bet hockey almost daily and don’t know that starting goalies RARELY start games on back to back days? For real...
Anyway OP don’t EVER bet your whole bankroll on anything. I don’t care if it’s Lebron James playing 1 on 1 against a 6 year old. I have a friend who constantly does this on “100% lock picks” and has lost more money than he can count.

Pretty sure 99% of the forum knows that a goalie virtually never starts b2b nights

I'm reading through this thread and watching people go back-and-forth on sides here. Gotta take NYR b/c of the high dog money, that's the bet to take. Playing with energy, Lundqvist has been strong etc etc Take Washington, they aren't going to lose 3-straight, they're "The best team in the league" etc etc
Here's an idea. Don't bet it. Ever hear of simply staying off a game that doesn't show any real value or angle to side with?
Forced bets are how the bookie goes to the bank. Bottom line.

B2B is kinda overrated - I know oddsmakers tend 2 think they matter
I agree, might be for a goalie but I hear more about the "3 games in 4 days" being the fatigue-element (this game not being that for Rags) than the b2b.
It's been night/day for Rags whether at home or not, I suspect their young D-pairings gets exposed without last-shift on the road. Rags still seem to tinker with the lineup, had Buchnevich sit last game.
Only things I see go against a Cap win; this is a division game and then you might run into a hot goaltender. I'm still comfortable betting the Caps -1 here.
Also agree, never dump the roll on a single game. I've made a single 4,4% bet of my roll just once and that was early on. I can't imagine dumping 100%...

I am somewhat annoyed with myself. That a b2b team comes out with jump in 1st is not new, so wish I'd waited to place the bet hoping Rags did what they did, score first. Could've fixed the pre-game juice for me
